Our mixing Technology is based on the use of pairs of contra-rotating archimedian screws that secure the efficient mixing of the product and its transport at the same time.
Clean in place (C.I.P.)

The working barrel is designed as a modular and highly adaptable unit which can be adjusted to provide the type and quantity of energy required by the process.

The barrel is double jacketed to provide for the circulation of temperature control media. Additionaly, direct injection of steam or compressed air and vacuum is possible.
The mixer may be integrated in complete lines with ingredients managing systems.
Output range: from 250 to over 6 000 kg
