A new packaging machine (Contifiller 2H)
We designed a new filling machine for semi liquid fatty products, in cardboard lined with polyethylene bags. Accurate dosing is done in two steps, pre dosing with a high flowrate and final weighing with a slower one. Capacity of the machine is 6 cardboard per minute. This machine is adapted to any type of fat, even in over-melting stage.

More and more references in the field of continuous blending
A fourth line in Boursin
For more than 10 years, SIMON and Boursin are working together to set up specific equipments for this product for the mutual interest of both companies. The fourth line will be installed end of 2005.
A new blending line for AMF and sugar
Our customers sometimes, need to blend Anhydrous Milk Fat with sugar in powder at 51% of sugar. This blend is done continuously with a completely integrated line, the MXT, with an excellent accuracy. The line is cleanable in place like every SIMON equipment.

A second line in Martinet
Still in the food industry but in a different field, prepared food, we are going to install a second mixing line for grated vegetables with a capacity of 5 t/h.
A new field
The continuous blending is still developing new processes outside of the food industry. SIMON just sold a line for making rat poison continuously.
The fat creaming
The creaming of crystallized fat (butter or margarine) is compulsory to be able to spread it on bread in the sandwich making lines. SIMON is just succeeding on commissioning the fourth line.
